From the Central Valley. This Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citrus fruit, such as grapefruit, lime and lemon peel, complemented by white peach and distinctive herb notes. Complex fruit and fresh acidity lead to a lingering and persistent finish. Excellent as an aperitif, this wine also pairs well with shellfish and salads.
