Pinot Noir is the hot grape in BC these days and here is a great example. Sourced from their Naramata and Kelowna vineyards, the emphasis is on varietal fruit and texture. Both add up to the profile that this red Burgundy grape can aspire to. At the table you can go tuna steak, grilled salmon, ham dishes or duck confit.
