First, Hitachino Nest White Ale beer is distilled twice to reach around 35% ABV and then Kiuchi-grown local plums are added. The sauce is matured 6 to 7 months in stainless steel before final dilution and bottling.
This umeshu is tart, juicy, and quite refreshing. Ready to drink, just chill it thoroughly before drinking and consider a highball glass and ice to serve!
